secondfloorloft:
I just received my radiant flooring and it just came with a standard thermostat. I would like to have the option of having a timer on it, so I can program it to turn on and off when needed. Can I go out and buy any thermostat/timer for the flooring?
Comment please!

I would get with the people who installed it and have them set you up with one. You can go to places like Lowes or Home Depot, they might be able to set you up, but then you will have to hook it up yourself or get someone else to do it for you anyways.
Think of it this way, the price you paid for the new floor heating system - wouldnt you rather spend a few bucks more and have the peace of mind of knowing you got the right timer/thermostat for your system?
